Short-Term Stay After Hospital Admission
Patients that have been admitted to a hospital for a minimum of three nights may have the option for a short-term stay in our center to receive 24-hour Nursing care and Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy up to seven-days each week. Patients may also request a short-term Respite in-patient stay for periods of a few days to several months.

In-Patient Residential Stay
Patients that require a permanent in-patient stay may be admitted from the Hospital, Assisted Living Facility or Home after receiving an admission order from their primary physician.

[review] => My grandmother was in this facility for a year. I visited about once a week. I saw kindness, care, and the same staff visit after visit. They became friends, as did the other residents that lived there.
I was always pleased with the cleanliness of the facility as a whole, the clean smell, and the cleanliness of my grandmother's room.
She was unable to care for herself but they did that job for her. They built relationships with her. It was a very hard decision to have to move her into a nursing home so to see that people loved and cared for her as she was, meant so much to our family.
I appreciated the communication they had with us when any issues would arise or if they had a suggestion on something that would make her more comfortable, and they were also receptive with our concerns or suggestions.
As her time drew to a close, the care and attention they continued to give her, as well as our family was top notch.
I hope this review helps you and your family, this is never an easy situation to be in.

[review] => I broke my hip about four weeks ago. I stayed about a week at the Crestview Rehabilitation Center. My experience there was a positive one. Rey in physical therapy was very professional ,and showed me exercises that I needed and tips on how to get around. The nurses took very good care of me of me, my room was clean, and I received the best of care from everyone. I recommend the center to anyone needing to stay at a rehabilitation facility.

[review] => I find it very sad that all of the negative responses have been deleted, My husband DIED there 2 months ago, was there just for rehab, making progress until he developed a UTI that went uncared for and untreated for 4 days after me constantly telling them what was wrong, which left him weak and not responding well with therapy , then after repeatedly telling them his blood thinner needed to be increased or would blow the valve to his heart and being ignored, he was fine the last day I was with him and the next day got a call in the morning from a nurse " your husband is dead" Please don't ever ever send your loved one to this place, I wrote a review before and it has been deleted , so this is how they cover their "mistakes"

[review] => My Father was there for a year. The staff is friendly but cover up for wrong doing. When my father was in the first week. Over $200 worth of his clothes was stolen. His name was in all of them yet staff couldn't find who stole them. Then money started coming up missing. To the point that the center had to get him a lock box.
Then the dietitian put my diabetic father on a high carb diet. I was told by the staff it was a state of Florida recommend diet. I done my own research and found out that there is no state of Florida recommend high carb diet. My father stopped eating it and then got harassed for not eating it. By the director and staff.
My father also started to have to get blood transfusions as soon as he was admitted. Dr. Thigpen didn't send him to get test or to a specialist to find out where he was loosing blood. When the center opened for visits I went to see him. He had lost weight and looked pale. So I called and demanded he be sent to the hospital. By that time he was to weak to be operated on to find the bleeding. My father bled to death four day's later.
I do not blame the center for this. They can only do what Dr. Thigpen ordered.
If it hadn't been for his aid Jennifer my father wouldn't had his sheet's changed. Got shaved or his oxygen tank replaced on a regular basis. I thank her for such loving care she gave my daddy. I thank the center for trying to care for him under the rules they have to fallow. In my opinion, I would recommend here. Just don't allow Dr. Thigpen to treat your family members.

The facility is very well managed and during our weekly visits it was always very clean and neat. [review] => I visited this facility with a friend and found it to be an exceptionally clean, and friendly environment, everyone greeted us as we walked by them. A member of the staff showed us around. This is the type of place I would highly recommend for anyone and hope if I need such a facility this would be the place. Very confortable home like setting. The snacks provided were very good and appreciated. The patients all seemed happy and well cared for.

I want to give a big shout to Crestview rehabilitation center for a very outstanding job helping out arber trail and bayshore pointe's residents during these stressful hurricane times. Also want to thank arber trails for their warm welcome and hospitality as well and makeing everyone feel like family and one big team. So with that being said we can always be hurricane buddies till the end ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
