“My grandmother was in this center for a year; I visited about once a week. I saw kindness, care, and the same staff visit after visit. I was always pleased with the overall cleanliness of the center. She was unable to care for herself, but they did that job for her. They built a relationship with her. It was a very hard decision to have her move into a nursing home so to see that people loved and cared for her as she was, meant so much to our family. I appreciated the communication they had with us when any issues would arise or if they had a suggestion on something that would make her more comfortable, and they were also receptive to our concerns or suggestions.
